Overview
No two cleaning problems arrive at the same pressure. Condenser tubes with soft biological fouling, pipelines carrying hardened scale, tank walls layered with residue: each demands its own combination of pressure, flow and nozzle geometry. The Water Jetting System is our answer: a complete, engineered high pressure package from our Hydroget series, delivering 200 bar with a high 50 litre per minute flow, built around your application rather than adapted to it after the fact.
That high flow rate is the system’s signature strength. Where pressure cuts deposits loose, volume flushes them out, which makes the system especially effective on pipelines, tube bundles and tanks where the loosened material must also be carried away.
How we configure it
- ✓ Pressure and flow matched to the deposit and the surface beneath it
- ✓ Drive and power sized for your electrical supply and duty cycle
- ✓ Mounting as a skid or trolley assembly, depending on how the system moves
- ✓ Nozzle and lance package selected for the geometry of the work
- ✓ Controls and safety with pressure regulation, unloader protection and gauges as standard
Where it earns its keep
- ✓ Pipe and pipeline internal cleaning across process industries
- ✓ Tube cleaning for heat exchangers, evaporators and condensers
- ✓ Chemical and storage tank cleaning without chemical cleaners
- ✓ Scheduled plant cleaning where one system must handle varied jobs
Chemical-free by design
Every deposit the system removes comes off through water pressure alone. No cleaning chemicals enter your plant, nothing attacks the base metal, and there is no chemical effluent to neutralise afterward. For process industries where contamination is itself a risk, that is often the deciding factor.
Configured, installed and commissioned by our own team, with pressure and flow verified against specification at handover. ASN Hydro Systems, Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu. Since 2016.
