Ultra Jetting Machine

Overview

The Ultra Jetting Machine is the flagship of our water jetting range and the highest pressure system we build: up to 500 bar at 30 litres per minute, driven by a heavy duty three phase power unit. At this pressure, plain water stops behaving like water. It becomes a precision industrial tool that strips hardened scale, corrosion, paint, concrete residue and fouling from surfaces that chemical cleaning, wire brushing and manual chipping cannot touch, and does it faster, more consistently, and without consuming anything but water and power.

For maintenance teams, that changes the economics of cleaning. Jobs that once meant days of scaffolding, chemicals and hand labour become hours of jetting. Deposits that forced early replacement of tubes, pipes and vessels are removed instead, and the asset goes back into service.

How ultra high pressure jetting works

The machine’s high pressure pump forces water through engineered nozzles at velocities high enough that the impact energy of the water itself fractures and lifts deposits off the base surface. Because the energy is delivered by pressure rather than abrasion or chemistry, the operator controls exactly where it goes: the jet cuts the deposit, not the metal beneath it. Swap the nozzle and lance, and the same power unit shifts from wide area surface stripping to deep, narrow tube bundle cleaning.

This is not a commercial washer pushed past its limits. The Ultra Jetting Machine is engineered from the ground up as an industrial system: a heavy duty high pressure pump at its core, three phase drive sized for sustained load, and full pressure regulation and safety controls, built to hold rated pressure through long shifts, day after day, in plant conditions.
