Overview

Most industrial cleaning does not need the most extreme machine in the range. It needs a dependable one: a unit that starts every shift, holds its rated pressure through hours of continuous work, and shrugs off plant conditions year after year. The Water Jetting Machine is that unit: 210 bar at 21 litres per minute, electrically driven, and available across a wide motor power range so the machine is sized to your duty rather than the other way around.

It handles the jobs that keep a plant presentable and its equipment serviceable: washing down machinery and structures, cutting through grease and grime, clearing drains and lines, removing loose scale, and preparing surfaces for inspection or maintenance.

Built the same way as our biggest systems

The Water Jetting Machine shares its engineering DNA with our ultra high pressure range: a heavy duty pump at the core, an electric drive sized for sustained load rather than intermittent bursts, pressure regulation and unloader protection as standard, and a mounted assembly that moves easily to where the work is. It is a smaller machine, not a lighter built one.

Simple to run, cheap to own

One operator, one water connection, one power connection. No chemicals to stock, no consumables beyond water and routine wear parts, and a full spares range held in our own stock so a worn valve, hose or nozzle never sidelines the machine for long. The machine accepts our standard guns, lances and nozzles, so the same unit adapts from wide flat jet washdown to focused straight jet cutting as the work demands.
