High Pressure Nozzle

Overview

A high pressure system can generate all the pressure in the world, but the work happens at one place: the nozzle tip. Orifice size, jet pattern and build quality decide how pump pressure converts into cleaning power at the surface. The High Pressure Nozzle range is engineered for that conversion: precision stainless steel nozzles with a 1/4 inch thread, rated to 100 bar, delivering consistent jet geometry to the work, hour after hour.

Why the nozzle matters most

The nozzle is the hardest working and fastest wearing component in the system. As the orifice wears, pressure at the tip falls even though the pump gauge reads the same, and cleaning slows without anyone changing a setting. Fitting precision nozzles, and replacing them as they wear, keeps the whole system delivering what it was specified to deliver.
